If a problem occurs with any of our plants in the first few days of receipt, please contact us immediately.
Sometimes the plants are not happy with a change in their growing conditions and if we can help you correct those conditions quickly, the plants will be fine.
We're only a phone call away for you or your customers for help with plant care questions.
No claims will be allowed unless reported within 2 weeks of receipt of plants.
