Will Call Orders:
We request a minimum 48-hour notice for orders that will be picked up.
With this lead-time, your order will be ready to go when you arrive.
Local Delivery Rate: $10 with $250 minimum order
Outside Local Area Delivery Rate:
Within 50 miles, 4% of invoice. Minimum order of $500, minimum charge $25.
50-100 miles, 5% of invoice. Minimum order of $750, minimum charge $45
100-200 miles, 6% of invoice. Minimum order of $1000, minimum charge $65
Over 200 miles, 6% of invoice. Minimum order of $1500, minimum charge $110
To expedite delivery, we ask that you count the number of pieces received and compare it to the number on the packing slip. Due to the diversity of plants on an order, we ask that you not verify each variety while our truck is still there. We check your order as it is pulled at our greenhouse and again when it's loaded on the truck. However, we are human and mistakes happen. If the numbers don't match your count, mark the difference on the invoice and have our driver initial it. When you have had a chance to go through your order and know which item is in question, just give us a call so we can resolve the problem.
